Responsible for performance data accuracy & continuity on daily basis. Resolve gaps
through client visit or on call or email depending upon severity of gap.
Analysing production & related support functions performance indicators such as for
quality, stores, maintenance department to identify variation from target -positive &
negative both, also identify patterns & anomalies in production & related support
functions such as quality, stores, maintenance department KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
On weekly basis, for poor performing employees & KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Conduct Root Cause Analysis
& prepare report by writing causes and probable solutions with supporting information.
Conduct market & employee surveys

MBA Operations/Industrial & HR
Experience:
2 Months (Freshers with relevant projects/internship) to 2 years
