  • To boost performance of operations/service/delivery & related support functions such as HR, Admin etc through efficient employee performance analysis & insightful findings.
  • Responsible for performance data accuracy & continuity on daily basis. Resolve gaps through client visit or on call or email depending upon severity of gap.
  • Analyse operations/service/delivery KPI (Key Performance Indicators) & for related support functions such as HR department to identify variation from target -positive & negative both, also identify patterns & anomalies
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis & prepare report by writing causes and probable solutions with supporting information.
  • Conduct market & employee surveys


  • Advance Excel
  • Tableau (Preferred)


  • Well aware & fairly experienced in established improvement approaches and tools such as lean management, value stream mapping, kaizen and any other continuous improvement tools and techniques is strongly preferred.
  • Awareness of Product/Service development & delivery, purchasing, supply chain management, service operations and customer care


  • MBA Operations & HR


  • 2 years to 4 years
  • Preferred experience implementing improvement technique or project related to same.


  • Good analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong reasoning and interpretation skills.
  • Ability to research and interpret data well
