  • To boost performance of sales & marketing department through efficient employee performance analysis & insightful findings.
  • Responsible for performance data accuracy & continuity. Resolving gaps through client visit or on call or email depending upon severity of gap.
  • Analyse Sales & Marketing KPI (Key Performance Indicators) to identify variation from target -positive & negative both, also identify patterns & anomalies in sales & marketing department KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Conducting Root Cause Analysis & preparation of report by writing causes and probable solutions with supporting information.
  • Conduct market & employee surveys


  • Advance Excel
  • Tableau (Preferred)


  • Thorough Knowledge of Sales & marketing function
  • Understanding of Sales pipeline
  • Understanding of Key performance indicators of Marketing & Sales such as marketing ROI
  • Awareness of Sales & Marketing trends & best practices


  • MBA Marketing


  • 2 years - 4 Years
  • Preferred experience in sales coordination & analysis of sales employee performance


  • Good analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong reasoning and interpretation skills.
  • Ability to research and interpret data well
